The worst customer service I have ever received. Delivery was late. It was supposed to be a birthday cookie And they couldn’t care less that it was late. I paid for the shipping of next day and also had to run around and find a replacement for my sisters birthday. Said to me ‘enjoy your cookie’ I emailed also before about them about amending the order, they didn’t email till late at night before the date of delivery. Didn’t amend it even though It hadn’t been shipped already. Appalling. I just have never seen customer service this bad. All I’m asking for is a refund for the negligence.

I have ordered many millies cookie cakes over the years and always been happy with them but the last 2 times I have ordered it has been damaged and very poorly made which I wouldnt expect for £30 all they offered was a discount voucher for instore which is miles away and none local to me so useless .poor customer service and also poor cookie decoration ( my 6 year old could of decorated it better words were even put in wonky ) only positive is the cookie tasted lovely rest is awful

Ordered a giant cookie for my wife's birthday, they charge you a premium rate for delivery and you have to specify a day and they failed to deliver on the day. So didn't have it for the birthday - pointless. Contacted them to be told 'it's okay its out for delivery today', it is arriving at 17:00 so 2 days freshness gone. Customer service appalling, automated email responses and no contact number to use, not interested in helping whatsoever, happy to have the money now and not interested when it goes wrong. Do not recommend!

I bought this cookie as my daughter prefers this to a birthday cake. It was her 15th birthday and during lockdown. The outside box arrived all bashed up, the Millies Cookie box was all crushed and the cookie itself was broken on the sides and all the icing was squashed, you couldnt read what it said. Very disappointing for the price I paid. I have photos as evidence.

excellent customer service. I was ordering for a family member who had just recovered after being ill with covid and made a mistake and ordered all milk choc. Customer service were really helpful and helped change to assorted cookies of my choice. the gift was well received! thank you x

Ordered for daughter's 16th birthday as doesn't eat cake. Cookie undercooked, not far off raw in middle. Icing a complete mess, looked like a 3 yr old had done it! Nothing like the cookies from shop. £25 completely wasted ☹️
